Arabic-Speaking Telegram Community & Sales Assistant

Manage and actively engage with Arabic-speaking communities on Telegram and Discord. Communicate with group members, maintain conversations, and encourage community participation. Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through online community engagement. Introduce company products and services to potential customers and assist with customer conversion. Respond to inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and maintain good customer relationships. Monitor community discussions and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Support the sales team in achieving customer acquisition and conversion targets. Native Arabic speaker. Good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiar with Telegram and Discord, especially group management and community interaction. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic sales awareness and the ability to engage potential customers. Proactive, responsible, and comfortable communicating with people online. Willing to work night shifts and 6 days per week. Previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, community management, or customer support. Experience in the Crypto, Forex, or Web3 industry. Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and online trading communities. Experience in converting community members into potential customers.
