Arabic Speaking Workshop Supervisor / Technical Trainer (Automotive)On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Arabic Speaking Workshop Supervisor / Technical Trainer (Automotive) to join their Aftersales team.This role is ideal for an experienced automotive professional who enjoys leading workshop teams, coaching technicians, and delivering technical training while supporting the efficient operation of a busy passenger vehicle workshop.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the day-to-day activities of the workshop and service reception to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.Lead, coach, and develop technicians, service advisors, and workshop personnel.Identify technical training needs and deliver practical and classroom-based training programmes.Assess technician competency and provide ongoing coaching and technical guidance.Monitor workshop productivity, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements where required.Support the introduction of new vehicle technologies, diagnostic equipment, and service procedures.Ensure repairs are completed in accordance with manufacturer and company quality standards.Maintain training records, workshop documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards.Ideal BackgroundCandidates will typically have experience in one or more of the following roles:Service Reception SupervisorWorkshop Team LeaderWorkshop SupervisorAutomotive Technical TrainerRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or an Automotive Technical Diploma.4–7 years' experience within a passenger vehicle dealership, distributor, or OEM environment.Strong technical knowledge of passenger vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.Experience supervising workshop teams, coaching technicians, or delivering technical training.OEM Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is an advantage but not essential.Excellent leadership, coaching, presentation, and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent in both Arabic and English.Additional InformationPreference will be given to candidates who meet the role requirements and are able to obtain the necessary employment visa and work authorisation with minimal processing requirements, subject to applicable immigration regulations.If you're passionate about developing technical talent while driving workshop performance and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
