Arabic Teacher

Role Description The Arabic Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at an international school partnered with Sila Recruitment. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging Arabic language lessons aligned with the school curriculum and student learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves incorporating Islamic Studies where relevant, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and school activities, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians about student performance. The Arabic Teacher is expected to contribute to a positive classroom environment, support student well-being, and participate in school events and professional development.QualificationsStrong Language Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering Arabic lessons to diverse age groups.Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing structured, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities.Knowledge of Islamic Studies and the ability to integrate relevant cultural and religious context where appropriate.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents in a professional and respectful manner.Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or relevant license preferred.Prior experience teaching in an international or bilingual school setting is an advantage.Ability to manage classrooms effectively, differentiate instruction, and use a variety of teaching methods and resources.Commitment to continuous professional development and openness to feedback and collaboration.Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is highly beneficial for communication within an international school environment.
