The organization values a supportive, student-centered environment where learners receive personalized attention and practical guidance to meet their objectives.Role Description The Arabic Teacher role at Express English is a part-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Arabic Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons for learners at various proficiency levels, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Modern Standard Arabic and, where relevant, appropriate dialects. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs and goals. The teacher will maintain a positive classroom environment, integrate relevant cultural and, when appropriate, Islamic Studies content, and collaborate with the wider teaching team to support consistent standards and student satisfaction. The role may also involve tracking attendance, reporting on learner outcomes, and participating in occasional professional development or curriculum discussions.Qualifications Strong Language Teaching and Teaching skills, with proven experience delivering Arabic language instruction in a classroom or tutoring setting.Competence in Lesson Planning, including the ability to design structured, goal-oriented lessons and adapt materials for different proficiency levels.Effective Communication skills for explaining complex language concepts clearly, giving feedback, and engaging learners of diverse backgrounds.Knowledge of Islamic Studies sufficient to incorporate relevant cultural and contextual information into lessons when appropriate.Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English for classroom communication and collaboration with colleagues.Relevant teaching qualification or certification in language education, Arabic, or a related field; a degree in Education, Linguistics, or Arabic Studies is an advantage.Experience teaching in a language center or similar environment, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.Ability to create an inclusive, respectful learning environment and to work with learners from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
