Employment Type: Full-time, on-siteReports To: Head of Arabic Department / PrincipalJob SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and qualified Arabic Teacher to join a reputable school in Ajman.

The teacher will deliver engaging Arabic language lessons (and, where applicable, Islamic Education / Social Studies in Arabic) in line with the school's curriculum and UAE Ministry of Education standards. The role focuses on building students' reading, writing, speaking and comprehension skills while nurturing appreciation of Arabic language and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging Arabic lessons according to the approved curriculum (MoE / school curriculum) and the academic calendar.Teach all four language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, adapting methods for native and non-native speakers.Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets and digital resources.Use modern teaching strategies, including interactive tools, smart boards and educational technology.Assess, monitor and record student progress through tests, assignments, projects and oral evaluations.Prepare progress reports and communicate regularly with parents and school management.Maintain a positive, disciplined and inclusive classroom environment.Support students with different learning needs, including differentiated instruction and remedial support.Take part in school events such as Arabic Language Day, National Day and cultural activities.Attend staff meetings, training sessions and professional development programs.Follow school policies, child protection guidelines and UAE education regulations.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field (a degree in Arabic Language and Literature is preferred).Teaching qualification (B.Ed / PGDE / teaching diploma) is preferred.Minimum 0-1 years of teaching experience in a school, preferably in the UAE or GCC.Eligible for UAE teacher licensing and degree attestation / equivalency requirements.Strong command of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA); good working English is an advantage.Experience with the MoE or other curricula used in Ajman schools is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.Strong classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for teaching, creativity and commitment to student development.Key SkillsCurriculum delivery · Lesson planning · Classroom management · Student assessment · Parent communication · EdTech · Differentiated instructionCompensation & Benefits (to be confirmed with client)Salary: As per experience and school pay scaleAccommodation / housing allowance: [Provided / Allowance]Annual air ticket, medical insurance and visa as per UAE labor lawPaid holidays in line with the school academic calendar
