Aravo System Consultant

Job Title: Aravo Systems ConsultantLocation: REMOTEShift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTOverviewThe Aravo Systems Consultant supports Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management functions through the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Aravo platform. This role works closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions, support integrations and deployments, troubleshoot system issues, and improve vendor onboarding and third-party risk processes.ResponsibilitiesConfigure Aravo workflows, assessments, questionnaires, dashboards, and reports.Translate business requirements into scalable Aravo system solutions.Support system integrations, APIs, and data migration activities.Participate in system testing, deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.Troubleshoot production issues and recommend system and process improvements.Support Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management processes.Maintain accurate system and solution documentation.Train system administrators and end users on Aravo functionality and processes.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met.Qualifications3+ years of hands-on Aravo experience.Experience configuring Aravo workflows, assessments, questionnaires, dashboards, and reports.Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and vendor onboarding processes.Experience with system integrations and APIs.Experience with data migration, testing, deployments, and system upgrades.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical and system solutions.Experience working with Procurement and vendor management processes preferred.Experience within a large or regulated organization preferred.
