Arbitration Associate

We are engaged on an opportunity to join an elite US firm’s expanding international arbitration practice in Singapore, offering early responsibility, direct client contact and close involvement with the senior team. The work spans complex commercial and construction arbitrations under the major arbitral rules, alongside investment treaty disputes for investors and states. You will collaborate with colleagues internationally and contribute to the practice’s development in Asia.Candidate requirements:Approximately 2–6 years’ PQE, with experience gained at a leading US, Magic Circle or elite disputes practice.Common law qualified with an outstanding academic record.A strong grounding in international arbitration.Excellent analytical, drafting and advocacy skills.An appetite for responsibility and an interest in client development.Regional language abilities such as Japanese, Korean or Mandarin would be advantageous but not absolutely essential.
