Arcade Operator

Position Title: Arcade OperatorEmployment Type: Full Time Job Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: They are a Japanese-themed arcade featuring a curated selection of classic and modern games. Job Description: Welcome and assist guests, explain games and attractions, and provide excellent customer service. Operate POS systems, process payments, activate game cards, and perform daily cash reconciliation. Monitor arcade machines and bowling equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance when required.Maintain cleanliness, safety, opening/closing procedures, inventory support, and assist during events and birthday parties Qualifications:Minimum high school diploma with at least 2 years of UAE experience in a Family Entertainment Center (FEC), arcade, bowling center, trampoline park, or similar entertainment venue.Strong knowledge of arcade games, bowling equipment, and basic machine troubleshooting. Experience using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
