The role is responsible for translating design intent and project requirements into accurate, coordinated, and buildable documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and AHB quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural drawings and IFC packages across different design stages.Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and other disciplines to ensure design alignment.Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and authority requirements.Address technical review comments, RFIs, and site design clarifications.Conduct site visits and support the project team during execution.Maintain accurate drawing registers and design documentation.Support QA/QC reviews and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in architecture.1- 3 years of experience in architectural design.Relevant experience in architectural design and construction documentation.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.Good knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and technical documentation.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Our ValuesAt ahb, we are guided by:Accountability – We own our work and deliver with integrityCollaboration – We work as one teamSimplicity – We value clarity and direct communicationResourcefulness – We solve problems efficientlyIngenuity – We refine and elevate outcomesCuriosity – We seek deeper understanding to create impact
