Junior Project Manager – Luxury Interior Fit-Out

Location: UAEExperience:Minimum 2 years of UAE experienceAvailability:Immediate Joiner preferredIndustry:Luxury Interior Fit-OutJob SummaryWe are looking for a Junior Project Manager with an Architectural background to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in luxury interior fit-out projects ,strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage project activities from planning through completion.Key Responsibilities* Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring interior fit-out projects.* Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.* Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.* Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and site activities.* Coordinate with site teams to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.* Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.* Prepare and follow up on project schedules, reports, and documentation.* Ensure project works comply with quality and safety requirements.* Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project management and site coordination.* Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.Requirements* Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.* Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out.* Strong knowledge of luxury interior fit-out projects is essential.* Good understanding of architectural drawings, materials, finishes, and site execution.* Excellent coordination and communication skills.* Positive, professional, and presentable personality.* Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.* Candidates currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately are preferred.What We Are Looking ForA motivated and career-oriented professional who is willing to take responsibility, learn quickly, and grow into a full Project Manager role within the luxury interior fit-out industry.Interested candidates may share their updated CV with details of their UAE experience and availability to careers@hemlock.ae
