GEO’s aim is to assemble leading professionals whose evolving skills reflect the diversity of clients and staff, ensuring the capabilities needed to meet any project challenge.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing detailed designs and drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include collaborating with engineers and planners, reviewing technical documentation, integrating design solutions with existing infrastructure, and supporting project delivery from concept through construction. The role involves participating in client meetings, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, sustainability goals, and GEO’s quality standards. The Architect will also contribute to internal design reviews and help optimize workflows and systems that support integrated project delivery.QualificationsExperience ranging from two to three years.Strong professional skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development, detailed design, and documentation.Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, digital tools, and coordination with engineering and planning systems.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.Experience working on building, infrastructure, or urbanism projects, preferably within the Middle East or similar regional context.Competence in industry-standard design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and related visualization software).Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards relevant to Riyadh and the wider Saudi Arabian context.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in diverse, multidisciplinary teams and engage professionally with clients.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.Note: This position is open to Saudi nationals only.
