We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to join us in the following positions:· Project Architect· Design Architect· Graduate Architect (Part II)We offer opportunities to work on a diverse range of architectural projects, from concept design through to construction, within a collaborative and design-driven environment.Requirements· Recognised Degree in Architecture (LAM Part II qualification).· Preferably 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience for Design Architect and Project Architect positions.· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Graduate Architect positions.· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop.· Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.ResponsibilitiesDepending on the position and level of experience:· Undertake architectural design, design development and preparation of project documentation.· Prepare authority submissions, tender and construction drawings.· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.· Assist in or manage contract administration and project delivery from design through to construction.Career DevelopmentWe offer a clear career progression pathway, opportunities for professional development and support towards obtaining the LAM Part III professional qualification.Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
