The Architect will be responsible for designing and reviewing architectural solutions, preparing plans and technical documentation, and ensuring that designs comply with applicable standards and regulations. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and overseeing integration between architectural elements and supporting systems. The role involves managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and providing clear communication on risks, constraints, and design changes. The Architect will also contribute to continuous improvement of design practices and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills to develop, evaluate, and refine building and system designs.Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills to align architectural solutions with technical systems and ensure cohesive implementation.Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track project deliverables, budgets, and schedules.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency with design and modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with applicable codes and standards.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.Experience working on-site with construction or implementation teams, preferably in large or complex projects, is beneficial.Ability to work in the Riyadh Region and adapt to local project requirements and cultural context.
