Architect Liaison Officer

We are looking for an experienced Architect Liaison Officer to join our Building & Villas Construction Supervision team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural requirements between the project stakeholders, consultant team, contractor, and relevant authorities, ensuring that architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the key liaison between the Architect, Client, Consultant, Contractor, and project stakeholders on architectural matters.Coordinate and follow up on architectural drawings, design clarifications, technical submissions, and approvals.Review architectural works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.Coordinate with the construction supervision team to resolve architectural issues and site-related design matters.Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and technical submittals related to architectural works.Monitor architectural works, finishes, façade, interiors, and other building-related works as applicable.Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines to ensure proper integration of architectural requirements.Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and technical discussions as required.Liaise with contractors and consultants regarding RFIs, technical queries, variations, and design changes.Follow up on outstanding architectural issues and ensure timely resolution.Ensure that works comply with project specifications, approved designs, applicable Dubai requirements, and relevant standards.Prepare or review site reports, inspection comments, technical correspondence, and progress updates.Support the Project Manager and Resident Engineer in resolving architectural coordination issues.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution.Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural experience.Strong experience in Building and Villas construction projects.Previous experience in Dubai/UAE construction projects is mandatory/preferred.Experience in construction supervision/consultancy is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, materials, finishes, and construction practices.Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.Good understanding of Dubai/UAE construction requirements and authority coordination.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment and manage multiple architectural coordination requirements.

Preferred Experience

Experience with luxury villas, residential buildings, commercial buildings, or high-end developments.Dubai Municipality / relevant Dubai authority project experience will be an advantage.Experience in reviewing architectural shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and inspections.
