Architect On Record (AOR)

Role Overview:The Architect On Record– AOR will be responsible for managing and securing all architectural design–related submissions, approvals, and permits. This role will act as the primary liaison between Kleindienst Group and relevant government authorities, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and approval processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all Architectural design related approvals and design discussions.Responsible for developing design solutions, coordinating with various consultants and producing Design documentProviding design support for completion and execution of projects.Coordinating and submitting Architecture design to Authorities for Design Approvals.Responsible as lead architect to drive the project from Conceptual stage to design development stage.Responsible as to produce the Authority submission drawings, attending the meetings, attending the inspections whenever Authority visits and going to authority for discussion face to face to resolve the comments which we receive.Responsible for Master plan submission which we submitted and got approval in Nakheel every time we submit with minor comments and we rectified.Act as the Architect of Record (AOR) for assigned projects.Manage all architectural submissions and approvals with government authorities, including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant bodies.Coordinate and liaise with urban planning, engineering, and authority representatives to obtain timely approvals.Ensure architectural designs comply with local regulations, planning guidelines, and building codes.Review architectural drawings, design documents, and authority comments to ensure accuracy and compliance.Support project teams during design development, authority reviews, and construction stages as required.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approval proceduresResponsible for Trakhees Master plan submission which we submitted and got very minor comments and we will receive the approval sooner the coming weeks.Responsible any kind of design activity from consultant side to release in terms of IFC.Responsible for Work Inspection report evaluating.Responsible to release SOR if we find any work with out any approvals and wrong way of workman ship.Responsible to coordinating with Sales, marketing team for Digital presentations. Responsible for evaluating the technical drawings receiving for technical team.Responsible for revieing all Shop drawings, ext consultant / Contracting documents in absents of Lead Responsible for all the projects related design issues and solutions.Mandatory RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture.Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the UAE.Valid Society of Engineers (SOE) Card – Dubai.Strong knowledge of Urban Planning Engineering requirements.Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 Architecture License.- Trakhees Blue Card.- Trakhees White Card.
