Architect - Saudi

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Riyadh for a Saudi candidate. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for interior and fit-out projects, and ensuring adherence to local regulations and project standards. Daily activities include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, reviewing construction documents, supporting design revisions, and monitoring execution to maintain design integrity, quality, and timelines. The role involves participating in client meetings, translating client requirements into functional and aesthetic solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architecture with building systems. The Architect will also contribute to continuous improvement in design processes, sustainability practices, and project documentation within AMAQ.QualificationsStrong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop creative, functional, and buildable design solutions.Must be able to speak english (as most our clients are English Speaking)Must be able to join immediately. Must be a Saudi CitizenMinimum 2 years experience. Familiarity with integration of architectural work with building systems, including basic understanding of Integration and collaboration with electro-mechanical and IT disciplines.Relevant technical proficiency, such as architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and digital collaboration platforms; any Software Development exposure is a plus for design automation or integrations.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration in KSA or eligibility to obtain it is preferred.Knowledge of Saudi building codes, fit-out standards, and sustainability principles; experience with LEED or similar certifications is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention
