Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Architect to join our design team. This is an entry-level position suitable for a recent architecture graduate looking to gain hands-on experience across all stages of architectural projects—from initial concept design to construction documentation.You will work closely with senior architects, project managers, and engineers to assist in producing design presentation drawings, technical details, 3D renderings, and project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting: Assist senior architects in preparing schematic designs, space planning layouts, and detailed construction drawings (plans, elevations, sections) using CAD and BIM software.3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for client presentations and design reviews.Research & Analysis: Conduct site analysis, zoning research, building code studies, and materials research to support design decisions.Documentation & Coordination: Help prepare architectural presentation packages, material boards, and specifications. Assist in coordinating drawings with engineering disciplines (MEP, Structural).Project Support: Participate in team design reviews, internal project meetings, and client presentations. Attend site visits with senior staff to observe construction progress and quality.Administrative Tasks: Maintain and organize project digital files, archives, and drawing registers according to company standards.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited university.Software Skills:CAD/BIM: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required).3D Modeling & Rendering: Hands-on experience with Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, or LUMION.Graphics & Publishing: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).Office Tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, building materials, and drafting standards.
