Architectural & Civil Draftsman

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Architectural & Civil Draftsman with strong experience in building construction and fit-out projects, particularly 5-star hotels and luxury hospitality developments. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings in coordination with the engineering and site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed architectural and civil shop drawings for construction and fit-out works.Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings based on project requirements.Prepare and update as-built drawings throughout project execution.Coordinate architectural and civil drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.Review drawings and incorporate comments from consultants and project engineers.Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, approved designs, and construction standards.Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to resolve drawing-related issues.Maintain proper control and revision of drawings and documentation.Assist in preparing drawings for hotel interiors, architectural finishes, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, and other fit-out works.RequirementsDiploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.5+ years of experience as an Architectural/Civil Draftsman.Mandatory experience in building construction and fit-out projects.Strong experience in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, or high-end building projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings.Strong coordination skills with engineering and site teams.Good knowledge of construction details, materials, and finishing works.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
