Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Architectural Design / Building Design Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural design, innovative thinking, and delivering practical, high-quality building design solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, building layouts, and design proposals based on project requirements.Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.Liaise with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable design solutions.Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations, standards, and project specifications.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.Strong creativity, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
