The Architectural Drafter will prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings for high-end interior design projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to local codes and company standards. Responsibilities include developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details, updating drawings based on design changes and stakeholder feedback, and coordinating with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to clarify technical requirements. The role also involves interpreting design concepts into technical documentation, maintaining organized drawing files and revisions, and supporting project planning by providing accurate measurements, layouts, and quantity-related information.QualificationsStrong proficiency in producing Architectural Drawings for interior and architectural projects.Foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles relevant to luxury interior design.Excellent technical Drawing skills, including precision, attention to details, and ability to translate design concepts into clear documentation.Advanced proficiency in CAD software.Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, or a related field.Proven experience working on high-end residential or commercial interior design projects.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.Organized work habits with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to design changes.
