Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman / Engineering Services professional to prepare and develop architectural drawings and plans for various projects. The role involves translating project requirements and design concepts into accurate, detailed, and execution-ready engineering drawings, while ensuring coordination with other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop architectural drawings and plans according to approved designs and project requirements.Translate design concepts and requirements into accurate and execution-ready technical drawings.Read, interpret, and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Prepare detailed and construction drawings throughout different project stages.Review, update, and modify drawings based on project changes and requirements.Coordinate architectural drawings with other engineering disciplines to ensure consistency and accuracy.Work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.Maintain and organize drawing files and ensure drawings are properly updated.Utilize engineering drafting and modeling software, including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MEP.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Engineering Drafting, or a related field.8+ years of experience in architectural drafting and engineering drawing.Strong practical experience in producing architectural drawings from initial concepts through final detailed drawings.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MEP.Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Good understanding of architectural details and coordination with other engineering disciplines.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively within engineering offices and project environments.Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
