The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and solid experience in developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects, with the ability to translate concepts and requirements into creative and practical architectural solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural concepts, ideas, and design solutions for various projects.Prepare architectural drawings, designs, and visual concepts throughout different project stages.Develop façades and internal layouts while balancing functional and aesthetic requirements.Coordinate with project teams and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.Review architectural designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.Prepare presentations and visual materials to communicate design concepts and proposals.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.Relevant experience in architectural design, preferably within real estate development companies or architectural/engineering consultancy firms.Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, in addition to architectural visualization tools.Strong design, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail.A Portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects and design work is required.Interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting their CV and Portfolio.
