Architectural Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating architectural works from drawings and technical documentation through site execution and completion.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesReview and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.Supervise and monitor architectural works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate architectural activities with civil, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.Review material submittals, samples, method statements, and technical submissions.Monitor finishing works, including blockwork, plastering, flooring, ceilings, painting, doors, windows, waterproofing, and other architectural works.Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues, discrepancies, and non-conformities.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical matters.Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and approved materials.Prepare and review RFIs, technical reports, inspection requests, and other project documentation.Monitor project progress and support the project team in achieving planned milestones.Assist in reviewing as-built drawings and project handover documentation.Ensure compliance with project HSE and quality requirements.🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.Strong site-based architectural engineering experience is required.Proven experience in building construction and finishing works.Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, materials, and specifications.Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an advantage.Strong coordination and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.Saudi Arabia / GCC building construction experience is highly preferred. Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in commercial buildings, residential buildings, hotels, offices, hospitals, schools, or other major building projects are encouraged to apply.
