Architectural Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for Architect Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team in “High Rise / Tower Construction Projects”. Key Responsibilities Review and supervise architectural and interior fit-out works throughout all project phases.Ensure the quality and execution of high-end finishes in accordance with project specifications and design intent.Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Review architectural drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.Resolve architectural and interior design-related technical issues during construction.Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.Valid membership with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).Minimum 2 years of experience in Architectural works with residential and commercial building projects.Saudi nationality is required.Interested applicants can send their CVs to: jobs@uninnco.com.sa
