Architectural Film Artist- 3D Animation & AI

Rayfitout is seeking a talent-driven Creative Architectural Film Artist who combines traditional 3D visualization, cinematic storytelling, and modern AI tools to produce compelling, photorealistic films for luxury architecture and interior design projects.In this role, you will seamlessly integrate AI into the filmmaking pipeline from concept development and scene enhancement to animation and post-production, while maintaining strict accuracy to our approved architectural and interior designs.Key ResponsibilitiesCinematic Production: Create high-end cinematic films showcasing luxury interiors, villas, architecture, and surrounding landscapes.Hybrid Workflows: Combine 3D renders and animations with AI-generated or AI-enhanced footage into cohesive, polished films.AI Motion Animation: Use AI-assisted image-to-video tools to animate architectural renders with controlled, realistic camera movement.Storyboarding & Direction: Develop concepts, storyboards, and shot sequences featuring wide spatial views, material close-ups, and atmospheric lifestyle moments.Scene Enhancement: Use AI to enhance realism, atmosphere, lighting effects, environmental movement (wind, water, clouds), and supporting visual elements.Design Consistency: Maintain absolute consistency in architecture, furniture, custom joinery, materials, and lighting across all shots.Quality Assurance: Identify and correct AI distortions, flickering, unnatural motion, and unwanted design changes through post-production techniques.Post-Production: Execute editing, compositing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.Multi-Platform Output: Produce master films as well as short edits optimized for client presentations, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.Collaboration: Partner with our internal design and marketing teams, managing revisions and delivering assets within agreed deadlines.Requirements & QualificationsPortfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating architectural films that successfully integrate AI tools with 3D visualization.AI Expertise: Practical experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Luma, Kling), image-to-video workflows, and AI-assisted post-production tools.3D Visualization: Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, Blender, or Unreal Engine.Editing & Compositing: Strong editing, compositing, and color-grading skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Cinematic Fundamentals: Excellent understanding of camera composition, movement, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling.Architectural Literacy: Ability to read/interpret architectural drawings and preserve approved design details in final footage.Quality Control: Proven ability to deliver clean, highly polished output with minimal visible AI artifacts or temporal glitches.Creative DirectionWe aim for cinematic architectural storytelling defined by photorealistic visuals, refined camera movements, detailed material showcases, and engaging, elevated atmospheres.This position is available for both remote and on-site candidates.Apply Now: career@rayfitout.com+971 50 850 7509
