Architectural Inspector

Kling Consult International GmbH and Co KG - Dubai Branch is a leading architectural and engineering consultancy headquartered in Germany. Established in 1954, KC opened its first international office in Dubai, U.A.E in 2004, and has since become prominent in the Middle East and Asia. KC delivers sophisticated projects and concepts with multi-disciplinary and design capabilities.This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role located in Dubai, UAEResponsibilitiesThe Architectural Inspector will be responsible for performing on-site inspections and quality control checks, working with the design team to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards, documenting findings and reporting issues, and collaborating with contractors to address any concerns.Qualifications10+ total years of experience5+ years experience working on Hospitality (5-star hotels), High-Rise projects or Villa & Townhouses developmentsExperience working with Consultancy firmsStrong knowledge of building codes and regulations, architectural design principles, and construction practicesExperience in performing on-site inspections and quality control checksDetailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProficient in relevant software programs, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or relevant fieldProfessional certifications in relevant fields (i.e. building inspector, LEED AP) are a plus
