In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of architectural and structural elements to ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and relevant construction standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety across all construction projects.Conduct thorough on-site inspections of buildings and construction projects to verify compliance with Saudi Building Code and architectural specificationsAnalyze architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation to assess adherence to approved designs and standardsEvaluate building materials, construction methodologies, and structural integrity to ensure quality and safety standards are metDocument inspection findings, observations, and non-conformances in detailed reports using standardized formatsIdentify code violations, safety hazards, and areas of non-compliance, and communicate findings to project stakeholders and managementVerify that construction practices align with approved permits, licenses, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to address inspection findings and facilitate corrective actionsMaintain organized records of all inspections, reports, and correspondence for regulatory and project documentation purposesStay current with updates to Saudi Arabian building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirementsProvide professional recommendations for remediation and improvements based on inspection assessmentsQualificationsSaudi National Proven experience as an Architectural Inspector or similar inspection role in the construction and consultancy industryIn-depth knowledge of Saudi Building Code and local construction standards and regulationsStrong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and structural integrity assessmentProficiency in technical documentation, report writing, and data organizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex architectural and structural elementsProficiency with CAD software and digital inspection toolsKnowledge of safety regulations, building materials, and construction methodologiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagementAbility to work independently and manage multiple inspection assignments simultaneouslyFamiliarity with inspection management systems and digital documentation platforms (preferred)Knowledge of international building standards and best practices (preferred)Project management experience in construction or related fields (preferred)
