Employment Type: Full-timeAbu Alnaga Contracting is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager with a strong background in high-rise building projects to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design coordination, managing technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex high-rise developments in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and local regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural activities for high-rise building projects from design development through construction completion.Oversee architectural teams, consultants, and technical coordinators to ensure efficient project delivery.Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation.Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and specialist consultants for seamless integration of all disciplines.Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority requirements, project specifications, and international standards.Manage design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination workshops with consultants and project stakeholders.Identify design conflicts and provide effective technical solutions during construction stages.Monitor architectural progress, quality, and project timelines.Support value engineering initiatives and optimize design solutions without compromising quality.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to architectural staff.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Architecture.Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including significant experience managing high-rise building projects.Proven track record in delivering towers, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.Strong knowledge of high-rise construction systems, façade coordination, and finishing works.Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, and site execution.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Navisworks, and relevant design software.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.UAE experience is highly preferred.Join Abu Alnaga CntractingBe part of a professional team delivering landmark high-rise projects and innovative architectural solutions across the UAE.Interested candidates are invited to apply and share their CV via akhila@abualnaga.com
