Architectural Studies Engineer

Tawafuq Real Estate is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team in the following position:Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in architecture and planning or an equivalent field.2–5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design.Proficiency in interior and exterior architectural design, master planning, and landscaping.Strong skills in 3D modeling and visualization.Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max, or similar architectural design software.Ability to prepare architectural drawings, space schedules, and develop designs according to project requirements.Strong coordination skills and the ability to effectively manage design revisions and feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and prepare interior and exterior architectural designs.Create 3D models and architectural visualizations/renderings.Prepare architectural drawings and space schedules.Review and implement design revisions and comments.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and quality standards.
