Architecture, Engineering & Platforms Lead Qatar (Open to global talent)Full package to be disclosed on a call + family benefits & schooling.We are working with a global leader who is looking for an experienced technology leader to drive the architecture, engineering, and platform delivery of large-scale Data & AI programmes.This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership experience, having successfully built and delivered enterprise platforms across complex cloud and hybrid environments.Responsibilities:Leading and developing high-performing teams of architects, engineers, platform specialists, and technical consultants.Driving engineering best practices across Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, and MLOps.Supporting major client engagements by ensuring technical excellence, governance, and successful programme delivery.Leading the technical strategy and delivery of enterprise Data & AI platforms from architecture through to production.Acting as the senior technical authority for infrastructure, platform architecture, and engineering decisions across multiple programmes.Overseeing the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient platforms across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.Contributing to technical innovation and the evolution of modern engineering capabilities.Requirements:10+ years' experience within enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, data platforms, or AI technologies.At least 5 years leading a Data & AI, Platform Engineering, or Technology practice.Extensive hands-on experience delivering enterprise platforms using Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and MLOps.Strong expertise across Oracle, Informatica, and modern cloud-native data platforms.Experience delivering solutions across on-premise, hybrid-cloud, and multi-cloud environments.Ability to engage with senior stakeholders while leading technical teams and large-scale transformation programmes.Arabic speaker, preferred**Please note only successful applicants will be contacted**
