Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development: Identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners to ensure smooth operations and growth.Store Handling: Supervise multiple stores, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, enhance brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets.Business Development: Explore new opportunities, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships.Team Coordination: Work closely with store managers and staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
