Area Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Area Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our hotel and property. This key leadership role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance of all physical assets in alignment with the organization's standards and operational goals.The ideal candidate has a strong background in building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), project management, and team supervision. You’ll be responsible for both day-to-day repair needs and long-term preventative maintenance planning, while maintaining safety standards and budget controls.Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearlyQualifications1-3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork, service, and communication.Proven experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the maintenance team, including scheduling, task delegation, training, and quality control to ensure work is completed safely and on time.Direct and manage improvement projects, renovations, and construction efforts, including scope planning, contractor coordination, and budget tracking.Lead and coordinate all preventive and routine maintenance activities for the hotel and surrounding property to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.Maintain strong communication with internal departments, leadership, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless operations and project updates.Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and purchasing of tools, parts, and equipment.
