🚨 We’re Hiring | Area Manager / Cluster ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager / Cluster Manager to join our growing Retail Operations team in Saudi Arabia.If you have a strong track record in managing multiple retail stores, leading high-performing teams, and driving sales and operational excellence, we want to hear from you.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Manage and oversee the performance of multiple stores within the assigned area/cluster.• Drive sales, profitability, customer experience, and overall store performance.• Monitor and analyze key retail KPIs and implement effective action plans.• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures across all stores.• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.• Ensure optimal manpower planning and workforce productivity.• Monitor inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and merchandising standards.• Work closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives.• Support new store openings and ensure operational readiness.🔹 Requirements✅ 5+ years of experience in multi-store retail operations.✅ Previous experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Regional Manager, or equivalent.✅ Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.✅ Excellent leadership and people-management skills.✅ Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory, staffing, and customer experience.✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.✅ Saudi Arabia retail experience is highly preferred.✅ Arabic and English proficiency.📍 LocationSaudi Arabia🎯 If you are ready to take the next step in your retail leadership career, we would love to hear from you.📩 Interested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or send their updated CV via direct message.Know someone who fits the role?
