About the JobWe are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on role focused on driving operational standards, quality, customer experience and consistency across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.Drive high standards across quality, cleanliness, service and overall execution.Ensure SOPs and operational processes are consistently followed.Lead and develop teams to deliver a strong customer experience.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and performance.Support relationships with delivery partners and other key stakeholders.Oversee and support catering and events operations.Work closely with the wider team to maintain consistent standards across the business.Key IngredientsProven multi-unit restaurant operations experience is essential.Strong understanding of restaurant operations, SOPs and quality standards.Hands-on, agile and solutions-focused leadership style.Strong people management and customer service skills.Excellent attention to detail and operational discipline.Catering or events exposure would be advantageous.Please note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail.
