From coffee to community, everything we do is intentional, design-led, and rooted in culture.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and drive the performance of multiple First Coffee cafés across Delhi NCR.This role focuses on operational excellence, team performance, sales, profitability, and maintaining consistent service and brand standards across locations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations and performance across multiple cafés.Drive sales, profitability, food cost, manpower, and operational targets across assigned locations.Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure SOP, service, hygiene, and quality standards.Lead staffing, attendance, training, performance, and team development across locations.Monitor inventory, wastage, stock variance, and operational costs.Ensure consistent customer service, product quality, and café standards.Identify operational challenges and implement timely corrective actions.Analyse store performance and share regular reports and action plans with management.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in Café, QSR, or F&B operations.Strong leadership and multi-location team management skills.Good understanding of sales, inventory, food cost, and P&L.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Willingness to travel across assigned outlets.Why Join First Coffee?Opportunity to play a key role in scaling a fast-growing café brand.High ownership across multiple locations and operational functions.Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.Be part of building strong teams and operational standards as the brand grows.Interested candidates can share their CV at nishant@firstcoffee.co.in
