Area Manager

Operational Leadership Lead and manage all aspects of operations within the assigned area, including order fulfilment, delivery logistics, and customer service. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.Team Management Build and lead a high-performing operations team, including Area Supervisors, Delivery Drivers, Site Managers, and Site Heads. Set clear performance goals, provide regular coaching and guidance, and ensure team members are aligned with company objectives.Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.Vendor & Partner Management Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners to maintain strong working relationships and ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners, as required.Quality Assurance Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality food products and services. Identify and address quality or service-related issues promptly and effectively.Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Implement and enforce appropriate safety protocols across operational and delivery activities.Customer Satisfaction Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
