The brand is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for people who love bold, flavorful food and memorable shared meals.Role Description The Area Manager role at BananaBro is a full-time, on-site position based in Kota Damansara. The Area Manager oversees multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring operational excellence, consistent food quality, and outstanding guest experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising outlet managers, monitoring service standards, managing staffing levels and schedules, and supporting training and coaching for front-of-house and back-of-house teams. The role also involves overseeing inventory and cost controls, implementing health and safety practices, analyzing sales performance, and executing local marketing or promotional activities. The Area Manager collaborates with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement, maintain brand standards, and support expansion plans.Qualifications Experience in multi-outlet or multi-unit restaurant, F&B, or hospitality management, with strong skills in team leadership and people development.Operational management skills, including oversight of daily restaurant operations, inventory control, cost management, and adherence to health and safety standards.Customer service and guest experience skills, with the ability to handle feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.Planning and organizational skills, including workforce scheduling, performance monitoring, and coordination of local marketing or promotional activities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with outlet teams and senior management.Proficiency in basic business reporting and use of point-of-sale or restaurant management systems.Prior experience in casual dining or fast-casual concepts, especially in a high-volume environment, is an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
