Area Manager

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for formulating and executing the overall operational strategy for the Kuwait dark store middle office, ensuring the continuous improvement of warehousing and distribution efficiency and user experience.Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics collaboration, and system optimization for the dark store, promoting the standardization and digitalization of operational processes.Lead the team to complete daily operational support, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration, enhancing the middle office's response speed and problem-solving capabilities.Monitor key operational metrics, regularly output analysis reports, and provide data support and optimization recommendations for business decisions.Explore localized operation innovation models, combining the characteristics of the Kuwait market to drive the efficient expansion of the dark store network.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of operational management experience in the retail, e-commerce, or logistics industry.Familiar with dark store, integrated warehousing and distribution, or supply chain middle-office operation models; overseas or Middle East market experience is a plus.Strong data analysis capabilities and systematic thinking, proficient in using SQL or BI tools.Excellent team management and cross-departmental communication skills, capable of independently leading a small team to achieve goals.Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus, with the ability to adapt to the local working environment in Kuwait.Job Highlights:Participate in emerging market business expansion with high growth potential and strategic value.Directly oversee core middle-office functions, holding a global impact on business operations.Lean and efficient team with a flat management structure and a short decision-making chain.Provide an international working platform and cross-cultural collaboration opportunities.Comprehensive career development paths and overseas assignment incentive policies.
