Area Manager - Commercial Cleaning / Janitorial ServicesLocations: Five Boroughs, NY with focus on Queens and Brooklyn OR New JerseySalary: Around $100,000 base depending on experienceClient: UMG CleaningRecruiter: FM Talent PartnersFM Talent Partners has been retained by UMG Cleaning to recruit two Area Managers across the New York and New Jersey market.We are looking for experienced cleaning, janitorial, soft services or facilities services professionals who can manage multiple client sites, support supervisors and cleaning teams, maintain service standards and resolve operational issues quickly.Responsibilities may include:• Managing multiple cleaning / janitorial sites across your territory• Supporting supervisors, cleaners and field teams• Conducting site inspections and quality checks• Resolving client service issues and staffing challenges• Ensuring contract standards, safety requirements and service levels are met• Building strong relationships with property managers and client stakeholdersIdeal background:• Commercial cleaning, janitorial, facilities services, soft services, hospitality housekeeping, education cleaning or healthcare EVS• Experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Account Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, Janitorial Manager or similar• Strong communication, organisation and client service skills• Ability to travel between sites across NYC boroughs or New Jersey• Hands-on, practical and comfortable in a fast-paced operational environmentTo apply confidentially, contact Nick Barker at FM Talent Partners.Email: nick.barker@fm-talentpartners.com
