We produce beautiful B2C sites, that host tech enabled traditional Finnish Sauna and plunge, offering a modern take on one of the world's oldest recovery methods.What you'll do:Oversee day-to-day performance across multiple Lowlu sitesManage and support site supervisors and sauna hosts, including coaching and developmentOwn the customer experience - spot issues before anyone else doesConduct regular site visits and operational auditsAssist with recruitment, onboarding and training of sauna hostsCoordinate maintenance across all sites; carry out minor repairs and practical fixes yourselfTrack performance metrics and use data to guide operational improvementsHandle escalated guest feedback and maintain consistent brand standardsWhat we're looking for:1+ years in an operations role, preferably hospitality/leisure managementProven record of maintaining high operational standardsStrong systems mindset - able to implement and refine processesHands-on physical maintenance skills & willingness to do, not just adviseComfortable managing budgets/KPIs and using data to drive decisionsDriving license essential, access to a vehicle highly desirableDesire to work in the sauna & wellness spaceReady to own the weekends and hospitality hours of our sites📩 Apply here: https://form.typeform.com/to/IM8PmHb8
