Location: LondonVacancy Reference: VR/05476Role Description:Bridge Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established and rapidly growing national cleaning and facilities services provider for an experienced Cleaning Area Manager to cover London and the surrounding areas.This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who is confident managing multiple cleaning contracts, leading teams, maintaining high service standards and building strong client relationships.You will be responsible for ensuring consistently high standards across a range of commercial cleaning services, including general cleaning, window cleaning, hard floor treatments, carpet cleaning, and specialist deep cleans.The Role:Key responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across multiple client sitesMaintaining high standards of service and ensuring contractual requirements are metManaging, supporting and motivating cleaning teamsOnboarding and training new employeesMonitoring time and attendanceSupporting payroll processes and ensuring accurate information is submittedCarrying out regular quality audits and site inspectionsManaging client relationships and responding promptly to operational issuesCoordinating specialist cleaning services including window cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard floor treatments and deep cleansEnsuring health, safety and company procedures are consistently followedProviding hands-on operational support where requiredThe Candidate:Applicants must have:A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Cleaning Area Manager or operational management roleStrong experience within commercial cleaningExcellent communication and client management skillsStrong people-management and organisational abilityA hands-on approach and excellent attention to detailExperience with staff onboarding, training, attendance monitoring and quality auditingA current DBSA full clean driving licenceBICSc training certification and/or assessor status would be advantageous.Package:Electric Company carCompany equipment and operational essentialsOpportunity to join a growing national businessLong-term career development within an expanding operationThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Area Manager looking to take ownership of a busy portfolio and join a business with continued growth plans.
