Area Manager

Adecco is recruiting an experienced Area Manager on behalf of a growing self-storage organization with multiple facilities across the Greater Toronto Area.This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership position responsible for overseeing four locations in Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan and Markham. The successful candidate will spend their time working across the assigned facilities, supporting site employees, maintaining strong operational standards and addressing issues as they arise.This is an excellent opportunity for an operational leader who enjoys being present in the business, developing employees and ensuring customers receive consistent service across every location.What You’ll Be DoingOversee the daily operations of four self-storage facilities across the GTATravel regularly between locations to provide hands-on leadership and operational supportCoach, train and support site employees to strengthen performance and service deliveryEnsure all facilities operate according to company policies, procedures and service standardsMonitor site performance and respond promptly to operational concernsCoordinate with vendors and attend meetings at different facilities as requiredWork closely with the Chief Operating Officer on business priorities and operational improvementsSupport the implementation of new processes and ensure consistency across all assigned sitesUse SiteLink or similar software to monitor site activity and support operational decisionsBuild strong working relationships with employees, vendors and senior leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in area management, multi-site operations or a similar leadership positionDemonstrated experience supervising, coaching and developing employeesStrong operational judgment and the ability to resolve issues independentlyExcellent organization and time-management skillsA proactive and hands-on leadership styleStrong communication and relationship-building abilitiesAbility and willingness to travel regularly across the GTAValid driver’s licenceExperience in self-storage, property management, retail operations or another multi-location environment is preferredExperience with SiteLink or similar property-management or point-of-sale software is an assetWhy Consider This Opportunity?Permanent leadership opportunity with a growing organizationCompetitive base salary of $75,000–$80,000High-visibility role working directly with the Chief Operating OfficerOpportunity to influence operations and employee development across multiple locationsVaried, hands-on work environment where no two days are exactly the sameIf you are an experienced multi-site leader who enjoys developing teams and improving operations, we would love to hear from you.
