Responsibilities

Oversee stores within the assigned area, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and operational targets.Develop and implement area operating plans and budgets in coordination with store managers and Finance.Monitor operating expenses and ensure stores remain within approved budgets.Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve sales.Conduct regular and unannounced store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and address operational issues.Monitor competitor stores and submit findings and recommendations.Ensure product availability by monitoring stock movement, automated replenishment, and ordering limits.Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, product displays, and space allocation to support sales growth.Oversee compliance with leasing procedures for shops, kiosks, shelves, and gondola displays.Review customer feedback and complaints and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.Coordinate new store openings and staffing requirements with the relevant departments.Identify training needs, support employee development, and prepare regular operational reports for management.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail sales or store management.Ability to achieve sales targets, drive growth, control costs, and manage operating expenses.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication, team leadership, and employee development skills.Customer-focused approach, with the ability to resolve complaints professionally and improve operational efficiency.
