The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the Eastern Cape region, including managing branch performance, supervising staff, and ensuring operational targets are met. Key tasks include monitoring service quality, implementing company policies and procedures, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders. The Area Manager will analyze regional performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. This role also involves coordinating with head office, supporting local teams through coaching and guidance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant company standards and regulations.Qualifications Proven experience in area or regional management, operations management, or a similar leadership role.Strong people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and coaching.Solid planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to oversee multiple sites or projects.Competence in business administration tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.Ability to work on-site in Port Elizabeth and travel within the Eastern Cape region as required.Familiarity with the local market and regulatory environment in the Eastern Cape is an advantage.Relevant post-school qualification in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
