Team members join a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values creativity, collaboration, and strong partnerships in the local market.Role Description The Area Manager – F&B is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang, responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations across assigned locations. This role includes managing daily food service activities, ensuring consistent quality, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The Area Manager – F&B monitors customer experience, resolves service issues, and supports teams in delivering efficient and friendly service. Responsibilities also include supervising staff performance, organizing training, managing budgets, and optimizing operational costs. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to align F&B offerings with brand and marketing initiatives.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including quality, safety, and efficiency.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle feedback, resolve concerns, and enhance guest satisfaction.Experience in Training team members, coaching staff, and supporting performance improvement.Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting for F&B outlets.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to supervise multi-site teams and coordinate schedules.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and vendors.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in daily operations.Previous experience in F&B management or hospitality supervision; experience in multi-brand or multi-outlet environments is an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.Send Your Latest CV to : Recruitment@NetlinkIndonesia.com
