Area Manager - La Senza

Liwa Trading Enterprises is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to lead and oversee multiple La Senza stores across Dubai and Northern Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, customer experience, and team development while ensuring brand standards are consistently maintained across all locations.This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader with strong multi-store management experience, a passion for fashion retail, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Store OversightMonitor and manage day-to-day operations of all stores within the assigned area. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, merchandising standards, and operational procedures. Track and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and operational KPIs. 2. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and support store managers and operational staff within the area. Support team growth through regular performance reviews, coaching, and development plansBuild and sustain high-performing teams, promoting accountability and ownership at every level.Succession planning by training high-potential team members area to ensure smooth operational continuity.3. Inventory & Stock ManagementOversee inventory control practices to minimize stock-outs, overstocking, and shrinkage. Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for timely replenishment. Implement operational checks to ensure accuracy and proper handling of inventory. 4. Customer Experience & Service ExcellenceEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all stores in the area. Review customer feedback and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery of promotions and campaigns.5. Operational Reporting & AnalysisMonitor and report on area-wide operational KPIs and performance metrics through established reporting systems.Analyze trends and recommend improvements for efficiency, sales, and operational compliance. Support the Line Manager with actionable insights and data-driven decisions. 6. Compliance & SafetyEnsure stores comply with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations. Conduct periodic audits and inspections to maintain compliance and mitigate risks. Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures across all stores. 7. Projects & Operational InitiativesSupport store openings, refurbishments, and area-specific operational projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, ERP, HR, Marketing) for smooth implementation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfactionQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.Minimum 5-8 years of retail management experience, including multi-store leadership responsibility.Previous experience within fashion, apparel, lingerie, or lifestyle retail brands is highly preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational performance.Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong commercial acumen.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel regularly across assigned store locations.Fluency in English; Arabic and Russian speakers are encouraged to apply.If you are a passionate retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to drive performance across multiple stores, we'd love to hear from you.
