Area Onsite Manager

Surestaff is looking for an Area Onsite Manager to lead multiple high-volume onsite programs across a multi-state territory. You’ll coach a team of 7–8 staffing professionals, strengthen operations, and drive retention, growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.Make an ImpactLead multiple high-volume onsite staffing programs across your assigned territory.Coach, develop, and inspire onsite teams to achieve fill-rate, attendance, retention, productivity, and service goals.Build trusted customer relationships, lead business reviews, and confidently resolve operational challenges.Spot opportunities to expand services, grow headcount and revenue, and strengthen account retention.Use performance data to improve profitability, labor utilization, safety, compliance, and the overall customer experience.Partner with recruiting, branch operations, HR, payroll, risk, and compliance to deliver seamless workforce solutions.Visit customer sites regularly and help launch and transition new accounts successfully.What Your Bring5+ years of staffing industry experience, including 3+ years leading high-volume onsite operations.A track record of managing multiple customer locations and geographically dispersed teams.Confident leadership, relationship-building, workforce planning, and problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of ATS/VMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and workforce management tools.A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel 25%–50%, including occasional overnight trips.Experience in light industrial staffing or multi-state operations, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and a bachelor’s degree are valued but not required.Why You'll Love This Role You’ll have the autonomy to lead, the support to succeed, and the opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple markets.
