Job Title: Area Sales Manager/ASM Product: Water PumpReporting To: National Sales Manager

Location: Cumilla or Khulna Key ResponsibilityGuide, control and motivate the sales team.Setup sales target, travel plan and ensure that the team members are in line with targeted sale and following the travel plan.Need to monitor very closely at least ±15 key accounts (dealer) throughout the designated area.Should spend ±80% (20 days at market) time at market for direct sales monitoring and development of sales force.Plan and ensure after sales service.Extensive field visit to the prospective customer & consumer.Develop and update the dealers and sub-dealer’s network.Keep close relationship with stake holders:Building developers, Star Hotels, IndustriesGovernment and non-government offices (LGED, PWD, REB, Universities, Garrison Engineers)Plumbers & water pump installers.
