Urgent Hiring || Area Sales Manager || Guwahati Location ||Location- GuwahatiProfile-– Area Sales Manager (FMCG | General Trade)experience- 5+ years Ctc- upto 8-10 lpa (depends on interview)working days – 6 days Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territoryAppoint, manage, and develop distributors and key retailersEnsure effective distribution, visibility, and merchandisingPlan and execute trade schemes and promotional activitiesMonitor competitor activity and market trendsTrack collections, stock levels, and primary/secondary salesRequirements:Proven experience in FMCG general trade salesStrong distributor and channel management skillsGood communication and negotiation abilitiesWillingness to travel within assigned territoryGraduate degree preferredPreferred Experience:5–10 years in FMCG sales, preferably in general trade channelsQualification- MBA
