Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead the sales and distribution of Cling Film products across North India. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven distributor network-building capabilities, and experience in Cling Film, Food Packaging, FMCG, or HoReCa.Key responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets for Cling Film.Expand distribution networks across North India and identify new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.Drive new market development and increase product penetration across assigned territories.Identify potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.Ensure effective product visibility, availability, and channel development.Negotiate commercial terms with distributors and key customers.Manage sales targets, forecasts, collections, and territory performance.Conduct regular market visits and provide actionable market feedback.Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, customer support, and business development.Build and maintain a high-performing sales network.
